This approach provides the ultimate in security and peace of mind for all Agility Services clients and also decreases the impact of backup sessions on server performance. Agility Services stores 14 days of disaster recovery backup history.

Anti-Virus / Hacker Protection

Our Microsoft Exchange servers are constantly monitored for viruses and hacker attacks. Using a variety of specialized network monitoring tools, intrusion detection and anti-virus software, we go the extra mile to ensure your Agility Services account is safe and running smoothly. Virulent attachments and message bodies are deleted before they get to your inbox. Agility Services uses Trend Micro for virus scanning services. Note: Additional anti-virus options are available for a nominal monthly fee through the Agility Services Defender service.

Redundant Hardware Architecture

Our hosted Exchange infrastructure runs in a front-end/back-end configuration. Our load-balanced front end servers handle incoming SMTP, HTTP/HTTPS, RPC, RPC over HTTP and Wireless connections. This protects back-end Exchange servers from attack. All Exchange information stores run on back-end servers which connect to an integrated EMC fiber-based Storage Area Network (SAN). 24 Hour Emergency Support

Agility Services operates a fully staffed helpdesk Monday-Friday 8AM EST to Midnight EST. Our helpdesk can help you with personalized support for Outlook configuration and setup, migration of email from other services as well as answer general questions about Exchange and Outlook as well as wireless device support. Additionally, our engineers monitor all systems 24 hours a day, 7 days a week 365 days a year. After hours, we provide toll-free telephone support for all end-users on an emergency basis. Emergency support covers connectivity, failed mail and DNS-related issues.

7 Days of Deleted Messages

Our exchange servers are configured to store at least 7 days of deleted messages, calendar items, contacts, public folders and other Outlook data. We take this extra step to ensure our customers always have access to the information they need. This means that you can recover deleted items for up to 7 days, using the Outlook and Outlook Web Access.
