Anti-Virus Protection
Our Microsoft Exchange servers are constantly monitored for virus and hacker attacks. Unlike other Exchange hosting providers, Agility Services licenses mailstore level anti-virus scanning which protects your mailboxes from not only incoming threats but from data uploaded and sent in-between users on the system. Using a variety of specialized network monitoring tools, intrusion detection and anti-virus software, we go the extra mile to ensure your Agility Services accounts are safe and running smoothly. Virulent attachments and message bodies are deleted before they get to your inbox.
Additional anti-virus protection is offered through the POSINI add-on.
Protection from Spam and malicious content with POSINI.
For the ultimate in spam and virus protection, the POSINI add-on for Agility Services can provide additional protection to your inbox from malicious email and content. In addition to state of the art spam prevention, additional levels of anti-virus and worm prevention are available in POSINI levels II and III.
Physical Security
Agility Services servers are located in the Nap of the Americas www.napoftheamericas.com Our data centers are protected 24 hours a day 7 days a week by on-site security personnel. Physical security is handled by secure card-key access to facilities, requirement of personal photo ID as well as lock and key access to server cages. In addition, the premises are controlled by a sophisticated on-site security infrastructure consisting of closed-circuit surveillance cameras and electronic tracking systems to ensure the highest level of physical security to the Agility Services network.
Secure Connectivity via SSL / Secure VPN
Connections to Agility Services using Microsoft Outlook 2003® and Microsoft Windows XP® are all made over 128-bit SSL/HTTPS. This allows all connections made between Outlook and the Agility Services system to be encrypted. Additionally, with users who don’t have access to Windows XP, secure VPN tunnels can be created to connect securely to the Agility Services network.
Network Security
Agility Services employs a variety of network monitoring tools both hardware and software based to monitor hacker, mail-bomb, virus and denial-of-service attacks. Through this combination of firewall and intrusion detection systems, we monitor the safety of our network 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Audit Trail/Journaling Capability
For customers in the Health Care, Legal and Finance industries, Agility Services can provide Audit-trail mailboxes that capture every incoming and outgoing message for auditing and compliance capability.
